  • I am experienced in providing coaching for individuals in all stages of their health and fitness journey. I will provide the plans, lifestyle advice and nutritional guidance to break through your plateaus and get you past your sticking points.

  • I have plenty of free advice and guidance on my social media channels you can find searching for @physiquetailor. For 1 to 1 Personal Training, the best options for you would be Pay-As-You-Go sessions or the minimum Online Coaching offer of 4 Weeks.

  • I am experienced and qualified to fix your muscular imbalances, help assess and fix weak areas so that you are a stronger, more agile individual with an improved quality of life. If a certain area of your body is beyond the scope of my expertise, I would advise further specialist treatment from e.g. a Physiotherapist, GP, or Chiropractor.

  • Yes and no. I offer my PT services out of the gym too, whether that’s at your home or somewhere like a park (or even your own gym). However, the most ideal scenario for me to give you my full service would be at PureGym Northolt. This is of course all based on your personal goals too. You may not need the facilities of a full gym to attain your fitness targets. This will all be discussed in our consultation
